It is recommended that you come in with a history of your previous oral health information, a list of medication you’re currently taking, and if applicable, any insurance information so we may assist you with completion of forms.

Upon your arrival, we will require personal and medical information so we may best assess your oral care options. It is recommended that you come in with a history of your previous oral health information, a list of medication you’re currently taking, and if applicable, any insurance information so we may assist you with completion of forms.
During your first visit with Allan Delsaut, you will be asked to describe what your needs and requirements are, to share any difficulties you have had in the past pertaining to your oral hygiene care, after which an oral exam will be performed to determine your status.
Both you and Allan Delsaut will then discuss what treatment plan may be best for you, if necessary referrals will be handled for you to a dentist, hygienist and/or oral surgeons, and any other requirements for treatment.
We always suggest bringing a loved one with you during the consultation. Our patients tell us they appreciate bringing their spouse or a friend to also ask questions. As they say, ‘two heads are better than one!”
Once treatment options have been discussed and all questions answered, the next step will be to begin treatment. We will either take impressions during the same appointment to save you time, or we will schedule your ‘fist impressions’ appointment at a convenient time for you.
